Charter Insurance Brokers have been established for over twenty years, now based in the Docklands area of Preston

The principal objective of Charter is to provide an outstanding professional service to its clients for all their insurance requirements. We are constantly expanding and developing our range of services, to meet the ever changing needs of our clients.

We were one of the first Brokers in the United Kingdom to be accredited with ISO9002, providing further evidence of our professionalism and quality awareness.

Our client base covers the broad spectrum of industry and commerce, ranging from international companies to smaller family controlled firms. Each one is important to us and receives a professional personal service. A bond is formed, whereby we gain a good knowledge of the client’s business and that enables us to meet their insurance requirements, provide advice on risk management and identify other matters on which we can provide expertise.

Our reputation has been built on demonstrating to our clients that it is our role to provide risk management advice, identify potential risk, legislative and problem areas and finding effective solutions.

At the same time, we do not dictate how a client's insurances should be arranged. Whilst in our proposals we put forward various suggestions in terms of meeting your needs, we will be driven by your requirements of us - not what we believe you should have.

The servicing formula is tried and tested. The client base continues to grow as a result of recommendations from existing satisfied clients.
